How much does this cost?

Our prices for basic online ordering functionality start at only $99/month with our Standard Plan.  If you plan on running promotions, offers, or coupons, you’ll need the pro plan at $149/month.   We are currently waiving our $199 setup fee to help get restaurants started with as little commitment as possible.

Can you put this on my pre-existing website?

Yes, if you already have a website, we’ll add it for you. This is included as part of the Standard Plan pricing.

Can I offer my customers offers or discounts?

Yes, you can offer unlimited discounts/promotions with our Pro or Premium Plans.

How long is the contract?

We let our partner restaurants pay month-to-month. If you choose to discontinue your online ordering, we just ask that you give us a 30-day notice so we can plan to replace your business.

I don't have a website, can you still set this up for me?

Yes, we can help get this set up for you.  We can create a quick domain to host your online ordering for an additional fee.  While the ideal way is to embed it into a website, we can also embed the online ordering into your restaurant’s Facebook Page.

How do orders come through?

When a customer places an order, there are no middle-men. The order notifies you immediately and the user waits until you accept the order on your end.  We’re not like the other guys… You won’t get a phone order from someone in another country!

What if I decide I don't like it?

You can cancel our online ordering services at any time. We’ll happily remove the feature from your website and won’t hold any grudges if you decide not to continue with our services.  We ask that you give us the courtesy of giving us a 30-day notice should you decide to cancel.

Does it integrate with my POS system?

We do not integrate with your POS at this time.  We do integrate with your current payment processors, though.  And if you don’t have a payment processor account, you can use PayPal or Stripe instead.
